But as noted by others, she failed to have a spark with Craig when needed, seemed uncomfortable in scenes (when she orders her drink on the train was cringey), and, then of course, the story rushed their romance and her falling in love with Bond.īut overall, apart from the hiccup that is Swann, I think Craig's era has boasted a wonderful cast of actresses/characters. Sp starts well with Estrella and Lucia (Bond's favorite kind of woman: married, or at least, up until very recently she was), but with Madeleine the ball was dropped. CR, we have Solange (a woman trapped in an unhappy marriage), and the mysterious Vesper Fields and Camille in QoS SF saw Bond with his lover (did she have a name?), who I have always assumed saved him from the waters, and Severine.
